When I create an initial partnership the full Outlook syncs to my Treo from the PC. Each time I add something on the PC (contact or appointment) the green symbol at the bottom spins as though it is re-syncing but the info does not transfer to the Treo. If I add something on the Treo it does transfer to the PC

Hi

For several months I was successful in transferring data from my phone to my PC and visa versa. Up until recently I'm having the same type of issue where I can connect my Treo 700wx Telus Mobility to my PC and the icons on the PC and the smart phone both indicate that the two are syncing however, when I go back to check to see if the data has transferred it hasn't.

On my desktop I'm using Win 7 and the Windows Mobile Device Center to sync data to Microsft Outlook 2010. On my smartphone I'm using the Active Sync to transfer data.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Having a similar problem. Did either of you solve your problem and if so do you mind sharing?

Ya...................after many successful years with the Palm format I'm ditching the Palm smart phone. Recently I've had too much trouble with the phone not transferring data and freezing. I'm going to look into Apples iPhone format. I will continue to use HP for my printing and desktop needs.
