I've just read a couple of posts which sound like they have the identical problem as I. I've had the Palm Pre since launch on June 6 and have had absolutely no problems with EAS - NONE! Has worked beautifully! However, today I noticed that a calendar entry that I made on my Pre was not showing up on Outlook (and Exchange accessed from web). Well, after several soft resets, deleting and re-installing my Exchange account, one hard reset, and trying the tip about manually setting the Time Zone, I have had no luck. All emails, contacts are syncing fine, both ways - quite instantaneously, I might add! And, if I add/delete/change an entry from Outlook, my Pre is updated Pronto!! The only items not synching are calendar entries made from the Pre. I don't know why this has become an issue all of a sudden. I really hope someone can help! Palm: PLEASE help!!
Thanks,
Joseph

I am having the exact issues. I just noticed it yesterday. Everything works great and has been except for syncing from the pre to my EAS outlook. I extensively use my calendar for work and it has proven to work reliably until yesterday.
This is a major issue for my business.
I did the same as joeph88keys (resetting, remove and readd account restarted exchange server, hard reset)
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks John

I am having the same issues where my items I add to my Calendar in my Pre are not syncing with my Exchange calendar. Our office has 20 of these phones, and issues like this are not accepptable. This has been an on and off problem for me with my Calendar since launch. Reseting has fixed it in the past, but that is not an acceptable fix for this problem.
The most destressing thing for me is that i havent seen anyone from Palm make any comments on these problems. I have searched far and wide for a post with a response from palm but cannot find it. If anyone has found something like that please post.
Thanks!

I had to set up a new Pre today for a coworker and it came stock with Web OS ver 1.1.0. Calendar sync worked both ways out of the box. I'm downloading the 1.3.1 update now to see if it breaks the two way sync.
Ill post when it finishes updating and I have tested it.

I saw another post that said if you manually set your time zone it will fix calendar sync issues. I tried it earlier today without any luck.
While i was downloading the update on the new phone I saw its timezone was set for "New York (EST)". I had set my phone earlier this morning manually to "Detroit (EST)" since I live in Michigan. For the heck of it i changed my timezone to the "New York (EST)" and created a new appointment in the calendar and it worked! None of the appointments I made using the old timezone synced though unless I opened and moved them to a different time.
I switched back to "Detroit (EST)" just to double check, and no appointments I make in my Pre under this Timezone work.
If i use the automatic timezone settings it picks "Cayman Islands (EST)" and it will not sync both ways.
Back in "New York(EST)" everything works great.
Seriously... what the heck.

I just set mine to New York City (EST) and now it is syncing. Its not syncing all the appointments I setup recently on the Pre but any new ones I generate it does.
would of been nice for palm to help with this!
Thanks Bustin
