I have the same issue. The work around seems to fix the problem although you do need to make an update to the calendar items that weren't syncing prior to the problem surfacing in Outlook. I just changed the notification from 15 minutes to 10 minutes and the event showed up in the calendar. Palm really needs to fix their Q/A process. Seems like they continually break working functions while trying to fix other issues. Quality control is lacking Significantly.
