Hi Folks

I have MMS synchronisation with my exchange server. When previously I used IMAP services I could manually pull down my e-mail,now with my new Pre 2 e-mails are delivered real time.Is there any way I can set this back to being scheduled manually again?

I don't have a Pre, much less a Pre 2, but generally speaking, Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) can either be set to push email (constantly open data connection, sometimes listed as "As they arrive") or scheduled to intervals such as 15 minutes, 1 hour, etc.

Can you find this in the advanced email settings for your Exchange account?

Email > Menu > Preferences & Accounts > tap the account > "Get Email"
