Hi,
We have an own exchange server in our office, and we want to use it with our webOS phones.
On my Pre 3 Exchange is working, but I tried to use it on my fathers Pre 3, too.
I always get the message "Unable to Sign In - Unable to Validate Incoming Mail Server Settings" (I get the german equipollent). Normaly after pressing the sign in button, a rotating circle appears on the button, but it does not. Just a few seconds later, this message appears.
When I removed the account on my Pre, sometimes I'm not able to put it in again. After some time (3 days?) I tried it again, and it worked for my Pre 3, but not for my fathers. The webOS doctor did not help.
Anyone an idea, what to do? (I'm able the change configurations on the exchange server, too)
