Need help with missing contacts- Treo Pro (Sprint)

Hello,

I just used Microsoft Activesync to sync my Treo Pro (Sprint) to Outlook to copy my contacts. Outlook had been reinstalled just before this and therefore had no contacts in its Address book. After I synced, the contacts in my phone and in Outlook were blank/gone. I have used Activesync many times before to sync with Outlook and have never had this problem.

 

Any suggestions on where (or if) I can find my missing contacts? Thank you.

I am running into a similar issue and am wondering if Palm has made any fixes since I've read through a # of older posts regarding this issue. I have a new computer, Windows 7, Outlook 2010 and cannot get my Palm Pro (sprint) to sycn at all. It appears as though Palm has not supported this link in the past however I am trying to find out if anythign has changed?
