The subject line says it all...  I've tried deleting and re-adding accounts, powering the unit off and on, etc.   

I'm fairly certain it's connecting to the server, it's just not doing anything once it connects.

Any help would be appreciated.

Having the same issue. Would love for this to be fixed so that I can get my e-mail on my phone.

I was told first that I needed to upload the SSL certificate in order to get the EAS to work with my companies Outlook web server. 

That didn't work and was told that they/palm were aware of the issue and that they were working on a fix.

Not sure if they are going to resolve this tomorrow or after I take my pre back to sprint 27 days?  They couldn't say.

Same issue here....what version of exchange are you using?  We use 2007 with no service pack.

I am running Exchange 2003 SP2 (officially supported, according to Sprint/Palm), have succeeded in installing the cert (even tried using 3 different ones!), and have the same problem:

• No errors
• No Email (only an empty Outbox folder)
• No Contacts (Default Account is blank; cannot change, though Exchange is visible under Accounts, Sync Now button does nothing--no response from device apart from "working" icon)
• No Calendar items (Default Account is Palm Profile; cannot change, Exchange is visible under Accounts but cannot be selected)
• Also, I noticed on the Exchange server in the IIS logs the following device entry is logged at each sync attempt:  Palm/1.0.1 200 0 0 (I thought this may have meant webOS 1.0.1, but I'm running 1.0.2, and the Email app is listed as 1.0, so this is somewhat confusing.  Probably not related I guess.

I had thought it may have been that my exchange account was 2.1 Gb in size (I know, I know--very bad) but also tried with a test user account setup just for this, and it was empty.  Same result.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Having the same issue.  Connects to exchange but noting downloans.   Major issue for me.   Customer support for Sprint and Palm was of no help!

I am having a similar problem.  Using exchange 2003 sp2.  After I setup the account, the pre syncs data for my account.  Calendar and contacts seem to work well.  Email is doing something very strange.  I setup the account at approximately 2:00pm.  I got all the email up to 1pm the same day.  it would not sync the most recent email.  It also do not sync any new email thus it is just stuck.  If I go to another folder in my exchange account, it will actually sync that if I ask.

Also, I often get a timeout when it is trying to receive the text of the message I can see on my phone.

Gmail account seems to work fine.

Anyone have this issue?  I think this exchagne syncing is a huge issue that palm needs to address along with getting the sdk released.
