Hello
Im trying to sync my Plam to my Exchange server. It was Ok and worked perfect until last week. It has stopped syncing :there was no Security certificate updated.
I tried to install a security certificate, but it was rejected by Palm.
What should I do?

I assume you have tried a "soft reset"? You can do that with the reset button or just removing the battery for 5 seconds and reinserting it. Note: This is not to be confused with a "hard reset"; a "hard reset" will erase all your data.
Another thing you could try is to delete and re-add the Exchange account. For ease of typing, you could do this while connected to the ActiveSync client on your PC.
