My treo is frozen in active sync, the sprint store said the only way is to hard start the phone and loose all my data. how can I fix this without that solution

Hello Ipweiner, Welcome to the Palm Support Community.

Have you tried a Soft Reset?  Just pull the battery and reinsert.  No data loss should occur.

Is this your first attempt at Synchronizing the phone?  If the soft reset doesn't work, then Sprint is correct.
