I am having a problem with the settings on my phone, my internet seems to be working, but I can't send or recieve picture messages,I keep recieving an error message that says could not send network interupted. I purchased an advertised NEW unlocked palm centro from a large retailer, when I recieved the phone it has the AT&T logo on it. I did a hard reset, and now my error message says message not sent address invalid. The settings I'm suppose to put in are:
MMSC: http://wirelessfour.mmsmvno.com/mms/wapenc
APN: web.omwtoday.com
SMSC: +12063130004
These are the standard settings, they also have a list of advanced settings, that I also can't find a home for in my phone.
I have followed the steps suggested above and my only options to change are:
Message center number:
Email center number:
MMS Gateway Address:
MMS URL:
and Network profile with these options; Default, T-Mobile internet, T-Mobile VPN, T-Zones
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Ok, I think the problem is that we don't have the correct APN setup for SMS messages. Here's how we do that:
Now, go back to the Messaging network settings and use these settings:

Thank you for the detailed steps, did everything you suggested, for username they suggested entering (famolymobile) said they didn't have one. The MMS Gateway IP that they gave me is 216.155.165.050 Port = 8080, and my error message has now changed to message was not sent network connection was interupted. Any additional ideas are appreciated.
Thanks

I just revieved some new info from family mobile, the gateway IP actually has nothing to do with their MMS, theirs is strictly internet, also the MMSC address probably will not work in the MMS URL, because it is a dead link. they said they do not have an actual MMS URL, or a MMS Gateway IP. I'm starting to think this may be a lost cause. But another poster stated that they were able to use their ATT centro on Tmobile's network, which is who powers family mobile. So still at a loss.

Better late than never, maybe can help someone with similar problem:
On an unlocked GSM phone, if you can't send pics via text, etc, be sure you've got the correct Baseband Configuration Version file. These are different for different carriers/regions. Find a friend with one on the same network as you, if theirs works and yours doesn't download and install the correct Baseband Configuration Version file.
