Question about photos on Verizon Palm Pre- Newbie =(

Hi,

 

I am new at this and just wanted to know if I can get some advice. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have a Verizon Palm Pre phone that just broke a few days ago. I received my replacement phone today and was wondering if there was any way for me to retrieve the photos or videos from my old phone. My old phone powers on but the touch screen does not working. PLEASE HELP!!!! :smileysad:

Press and hold: Option (square thingy) + SYM + U to put it in USB mode, assuming you haven't logged into the new phone with your Palm Profile.
