I need help! My touch screen was cracked some how (and I honestly have no idea how it happened). I already received my new phone, but I am unable to transfer my pictures and videos from my old one to my new one. Is there anyway I can do it without using the touch screen? I have a three month old and all the videos and pictures are stuck on the phone! I'm so frustrated that I can't figure out a way to access them anymore. Any suggestions?

Have you tried connecting the phone to your computer via the USB cable?  It might make the connection anyway, and you can see the folders that hold the pictures...

I tried that. When I connected it to the computer, it unlocks it automatically, but then prompts me to select either, access USB or just charge. I don't know how to select access USB without using the touch screen. Any ideas?

Try this:

Press the Orange key (or another color - it's beneath the A key), SYM key and "U" key simultaneously.

I just confirmed this works on my Pre Plus!

I really appreciate your help.  It took a few tries, but I got it to connect.  Since it appears that just the touch screen is damaged, is there anyway buy another phone that may not work but the screen is functional.
