Is anyone else have no videos at all show when you open Youtube. It is completely blank on mine. Also a search for any video come up with "0 Results" and when you click on a video from the webpage, the Youtube app opens and then says "Video Not Found..."

Hello and thank you for using the Palm Help Forums! ![]()
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are having. I'll provide some troubleshooting that will hopefully resolve this problem.
1. Make sure you are on the latest webOS software version. I'm not sure what it is for Bell but the latest for Sprint (at the moment) is 1.4.1.1. To check this go to the Device Info application.
2. Open up your Phone application and tap in the upper left hand side of the screen to access the menu. Once there tap Preferences and make sure Data Usage is turned On.
3. Make sure you have a Wi-Fi connection or a 3G/ EV data connection through your wireless carrier. These are displayed in the upper right hand side of the screen next to your battery icon.
4. Again, not very familiar with Bell, but make sure they support the YouTube application.
5. Restart the device by going to Device Info, Reset Options, then tap Restart.
I hope these tips help in resolving your issue.

Thank-you for this! I was once told that 95% of computer problems can be fixed by just turning the thing off and on again... The same appears to be true with a Palm Pre! So I don't know about your steps 1 - 4... but 5 worked for me!
The interesting thing is that it was working fine when I first got the phone but the just stopped. I wonder if a cache isn't being cleared or something... Anyway the restart fixed it.
