can the camera on the palm pre plas zoom? can u do any type of editing to pictures on the phone?

Hello and welcome to the forums;
There is currently no option for zoom on webOS devices. For picture editing, check out the app "Photo Effects" in the app catalog, it's free and gives several options for picture editing.
