is there a way to get a ring tone for incoming text messages or emails? i don't get any thing and in device info i don't see a special setting for these. so am i supposed to get a sound? it's a palm.

got it from one of the other posts. start apps go to preferences and tap alerts and ringtones.
sorry i should have checked posts first; but even so it was 4 pages deep.
