Set-up bluetooth on Windows PC (valid device image and pairing complete), try to connect Hotsync and message on handheld says "unable to initiate hotsync operation because port is in use by another operation"
Any help?

Saw in another post:
On desktop open Hotsync,
goto connection settings,
disable and re-enable bluetooth,
verify serial is pointed to correct com port (set in bluetooth settings)
and it works again!
Worked for me, hope it helps.
