Please can you help.
Recently got the new HP pre3, updated the os once the battery was charged.
Software version HP web OS 2.2.0
Very impressed with it compared to the palm pre.
However there are problems when I use the Plantronics 520 Voyager Bluetooth headset which works very well with my old palm pre.
While using the headset the conversation keeps cutting out, selecting the speaker keeps the conversation going then the phone will go back to the headset and the phone keeps doing this, does not want to stay in the preferred setting.
This incorrect operation is very frustrating, is there a fix available?

Using the pre3 today with the headset and it seemed to work untill....
Has anyone else experienced the black screen of death...
The pre3 locked up and it took a reboot to get it working again.
Come on hp what have you done?
Is there a support number I can call?

Did you ever resolve your bluetooth issue with the Pre3? I'm having same problems with a Jawbone ICON and a Pre3.

Many thanks for a great response. Unfortunately, that is not my issue, but I am going to try turning off wifi when I'm trying to use BT headset. The answer must be in there somewhere, but I wonder is there any chance of getting this addressed by Webos engineering.
ANy idea how I flag this - do I log a call in some particular fashion, or is it unlikely to be addressed because the Pre3 is now discontinued!!
