Tungsten E2 and Windows 2007 problem connecting with Bluetooth adapter

I had Dell Support set up the Bluetooth adapter and configure my desktop and they said the problem is now on the Palm side.  The Palm Bluetooth device is on, it's discoverable but it says No Network Service.  When I hit Setup Devices I chose PC Setup.  I then hit Bluetooth HotSync.  When I get to Discovery Results I show all known devices and where it says select a PC there is nothing in the box.

Dell insists that the problem is on the Palm side and I don't know what else to do to get it to connect.  Obviously if I try to HotSync it says the connection between the device and the desktop could not be established.  Any ideas?

Did you make the computer bluetooth discoverable?

Re: Tungsten E2 and Windows 2007 problem connecting with Bluetooth adapter

I can't hotsync my Palm Tungsten E2 with my Palm Desktop 6.2.2 on my Windows 7 32 bit OS.  So now I'm trying to hotsync the Tungsten E2 with my Outlook 2010 on my Windows 7 32 bit OS.  It seems I need a bluetooth connection from my Tungsten E2 to my PC, but my PC bluetooth is not "discoverable" (by me).  I've hotsynced with my Outlook 2010 before, but now am unble to do it again.

Please help me hotsync the Tungsten E2 with my Outlook 2010 on my Windows 7 32 bit OS.  I'd really appreciate step-by-step instructions.
