When I try to link up I get a error can not open serial port?

The reason for linking up is for game play. And have no trouble setting up as trusted device thru bt prefs. Can any one help?

Hi, and welcome to the Palm Support Community.

I have not played games on two Palm OS devices over a Bluetooth connection, only vie IR Beaming.  So I connected two of my TXs and sure thing, it works pretty well.

First place I would start is to make sure your Lifedrive has all software updates available.  There appear to be three of them, a system update, a security update, and a bluetooth wireless networking update.  Select the Support link at the top of the screen, then select Handhelds > Lifedrive > Downloads.

Next thing to try is to alternate devices from which you initiate the pairing.

At what point are you getting the error message?
