Hi, and welcome to the Palm Community Forums.
I see from doing a bit of Google that your phone is probably a Verizon device? If so, that is probably 95% of the problem. Verizon limits the Bluetooth capabilities of its phones to basically connecting with a wireless headset or earpiece. No file transfers, and so far as experienced users here and elsewhere can attest, no sharing the phone's wireless internet connection for online activities with your E2.
If connectivity with your E2 is important, your best (probably only) option is to switch carriers...AT&T for instance. I can't speak to other carriers as I have no experience with them.
[Oh, and I hope you don't mind that I edited the Message Subject to make it more descriptive of your problem.]

There are no drivers for LG phones... And as mentioned above, Verizon is infamous for blocking outside access to their phones by anything other than a BT earpiece.

Please report Verizon to the FCC via their website. If enough Palm people file enough informal complaints, the agency will take action against improper conduct.

Um yeah - good luck with that.
You want to report devices that have been discontinued for a long time don't work? IIRC, Verizon was already taken to task for this blocking, and it's over and done with.
