I'm experiencing problems with the status form. First, the link in the email didn't work. It sent me back to the main palm.com webpage. Second, when I try to access the status page by going through the support links and under the Support Services section, almost every I access it, the first time will fail, so I have to reload. Sometimes when I click submit after entering my info, it doesn't load, so I have to reload the page again. I either get the form back, get the same error loading the page, or get a different login form that doesn't accept my username and password for these forums. It takes some doing before I can finally access the status page for my SRO.
One other suggestion I have is to make this link more accessible, so I don't have to keep going through layers of pages to get to my order status.
