The touchpad I paid was a 32g touchpad on eBay, but what I received was a 16GB touchpad actually but with the message said 32GB on box. I emailed external.ceo-communication@hp.com and then they reply me that comments have been forwarded to the appropriate people within Hewlett-Packard for review. After that, I received a call told me to send some photoes to proof it. However, unfortunately, I lost the email address he left, just remember it started with "feedback."
