I use to have a Pre and it gave me many problems, to include: slow or delayed reaction when texting, buttons would continue to initiate after being pressed (ex. Uuuu), there would sometimes be a long delay in receiving or sending text messages, the system itself would lag or inact slowly even upgraded completely, and the battery life was horrible. Now I have a Pixi and it is outstanding compared to the Pre. The only problem I have had with the Pixi is the system sometimes inacting slowly and that is only a small problem. I thank you for this excellent phone, phone system, and exceptionally helpful "help tips". Good job.
