Community Suggestions and Announcements

Well, this probably IS NOT the right area for this query, but I have just spent 30 minutes on this confusing site trying to figure out how to post a message about my specific problem.  Instructions say to go to the appropriate Message Board and click on "Post" or "New Message" or something similar at the top of the Message Board.  Well, I found several prior messages about various registration problems.  But nowhere could I see anything that would permit me to post a message myself.  In fact, I can't find anything like that except right here, where I am already writing a new message.  Big help that is! 

In addition to needing more specific instructions about posting a message (guess I'm a bit thick), there is this issue I was originally trying to inquire about: In registering, I was required to click on my Palm device - only it wasn't listed!  I live in Canada.  My Palm Centro service provider is Bell Mobility.  Bell Mobility is not one of the choices listed for Centro.  Am I at the wrong site?  Is there a separate Canadian Palm Support site?  I sure would appreciate some guidance.  Thanks.

Hello BonnieBal, Welcome to the Palm Support Community!

At the top of each page here on the Forum, there is a Directory link that tells you "where you are".  Right now, as I type this reply to you, it says:

"Palm Support Community: Community General : Community Suggestions and Announcements : I am lost! : Reply to Message"

If you want to navigate elsewhere, click anywhere on that link.  If you want to go to the "Main Menu", click the part that says "Palm Support Community". 

There you will see all the sections and subsections of the forum.  Click on a subsection that corresponds to your questions you wish answered, then click the "New Message" link that appears, OR  find a post that sounds like your question using the Search function (or just scan the titles of the posts).  If you find one you wish to add to, open the post by clicking the title, click "Reply" instead of  "New Message".

I am not sure why the Centro for Bell isn't an option in the registration process.  I don't directly work with this, but I can look into it for you.

I can (and have) add Centro (Bell) here on the forums as a choice.
