I too am having a problem with Live Chat. When I save and run the "Support-LogMeInRescue" file the chat window comes up. It says "Connection lost. Attempting reconnection..." and in the chat window it says "Could not acquire credentials"
I have run Live Chat on this computer before without any problems.
In order to eliminate any computer issues I tried on another computer with the same results.
First computer is running Vista and second computer is running XP
Both computers are running IE8

Why exactly does Palm need remote access to my computer, when I am having a problem with my cell phone? It's a little intrusive for them to have total access to my PC when I'm not even having computer problems. Then I get popups from my antivirus and my firewall warning me not to allow it.
Just don't get why you guys can't just have a normal web chat feature for support. Why must you hack your customers?
