I apologize for posting this message here but I cannot find anywhere to get help with problems with the Palm website. On the newsletters preferences web page there is supposed to be a Submit button. I am using Firefox 2.0.0.3 and do not see the button. The button is in the web page source and I can open the button image from the image URL but there is no button on the Palm web page. Is this just me or is it a general problem?

I'd also like to find out the proper place to report problems such as this. Maybe I'm just not seeing it (all the gray text may look hip but it's not eye-friendly), but I've spent quite a while looking.

Go to the main Support page and select Free Newsletters (it's in gray-on-gray(!) text in the left border). The URL is: http://pref.news.palmnewsletters.com/palm/palm_prefctr.asp?c=us&b=generic.

Ok, I'll pass this along, but not sure what the problem is, as I'm also using (Mac version however) Firefox 2.0.0.3 and see the submit button at the bottom of the page just fine.

I can't explain it either. The button is there in the page code:

But it doesn't show up in my browser (Firefox 2.0.0.3, Win2k sp4)

Sorry to hijack this topic, but it was the only one I could find remotely related.  I have signed up for palm newsletters, in order to receive news, updates, promo codes, etc.  But have yet to receive any newsletters?  It is very frustrating, especially with the promo codes being posted on forums, etc, and then they're gone in a matter of minutes.  Also frustrating, there is nowhere on the newsletter signup page to contact anyone!  The "contact us" link just takes you to generic system wide HP contact page.  How can I make sure I get the newsletters/emails?!?!
