Positive Experience with HP Support

Hello! HP Support (Palm Support) helped me, on Saturday morning, via Chat, and resolved my Power Charging problems with the HP TouchPad. They were patient, had a good plan to work my issues, were resourceful and ordered the part number that was needed for my solution. My USB Cable was found to be defective. We used a Motorola Droid phone cable (USB to micro-USB cable) to complete our testing. The Power Adapter (round plug) was fine, the USB cable was discovered to be bad. The support person on the Chat was very helpful and patient. Rgds /P
