Hi,
I'm *trying* to use a Palm Pre to ask a question about a Palm Pre. The way this site has been set up makes this really tough. There are some subtle issues like the colour scheme not working well, but the main problem is that the site assumes a much larger screen that the Pre has! For example, when I registered for this forum I couldn't see the questions and the answer prompts at the same time. Even typing in this feed back is painfull because of the way the screen has to scroll. If the people who designed the device can't get it right then who will?

Hi, and welcome to the Palm Support Community.
You ask a question which has been asked a few times. HPalm buys the Forum from a company called Lithium. Lithium offers versions of the Forum which are also optimized for mobile devices. You can access the one that is already available to us here:

It is not a very user-friendly portal, though it does have a much simpler interface for mobile devices. But navigating it stinks. Last time I asked, I was told that the request has been made to make a better mobile portal available to users. In my view, a SmartPhone company's users should be able to access these Support Forums on their SmartPhones.
