I have been very loyal to Palm, since my first Palm III, I never changed the brand, but I can say now I am very disappointed. My Treo Pro stopped working like 4 months after I bought it. I called the customer service and until I could get my SRO number, it took me 4 different telephone calls, one of them with a waiting time of 1h 40 minutes (their apology, because they were very busy with the launching of the Pre). Finally I was able to send my phone to the Texas repair center and it has been about a month and no body can tell me what is the status of the repair. I even requested to talk with the supervisor, but it did not help at all, he referred me to another number that was of the sales department. I really need urgently my PDA, I was so organized with it, that if I do not get it soon, I will have to buy another device and sue them for not sticking to their policy of 7 to 10 business day, come on I have sent my treo on 6/8 and they received on 6/10, but they do not know when they are going to repair it????
I think this would be my last experience with palm. So sad, it use to be a good company.

I should come to this forum before. The day after I posted my complaint, I was told to call a number and finally 2 days later my device is been shipped.
