Worst customer service I ever had with my Treo Pro!

I have been very loyal to Palm, since my first Palm III, I never changed the brand, but I can say now I am very disappointed. My Treo Pro stopped working like 4 months after I bought it. I called the customer service and until I could get my SRO number, it took me 4 different telephone calls, one of them with a waiting time of 1h 40 minutes (their apology, because they were very busy with the launching of the Pre). Finally I was able to send my phone to the Texas repair center and it has been about a month and no body can tell me what is the status of the repair. I even requested to talk with the supervisor, but it did not help at all, he referred me to another number that was of the sales department. I really need urgently my PDA, I was so organized with it, that if I do not get it soon, I will have to buy another device and sue them for not sticking to their policy of 7 to 10 business day, come on I have sent my treo on 6/8 and they received on 6/10, but they do not know when they are going to repair it????

I think this would be my last experience with palm. So sad,  it use to be a good company.

can you tell us what's your SRO number? you can PM it to me so that I can help you check out what happened to your repair order. If it's ok with you, include the tracking number of that shipment that you made so that we can see how long did it take to be taken from the dropzone. thanks.
i maybe logging in this forum between 9am-6pm EST, mondays thru fridays. i will respond or reply on any postings that i have knowledge of. i may respond to some PM's but it will depend on the message sent so most likely i will not reply on those messages. thanks.

I should come to this forum before. The day after I posted my complaint, I was told to call a number and finally 2 days later my device is been shipped.
