The Backup service should get SOME of your preferences and and all of your accounts (you should only have to add the passwords back). But yes, it doesn't get everything.
I was not aware that it wiped out Android. I thought it left other partitions alone. I'll make sure I add additional warnings about webOS Doctor in the future. Sorry about that.
