New device in box, sealed.
When I connect to a WIKI network, the device can't connect and restarts the setup process.
Serial number 5CL1390D3P
I've read through the forums, didn't see a solution. I'm going to install Android on it, but at this point I can't even detect it on my Windows machine.
Appreciate feedback in advance!
Post relates to: HP TouchPad (WiFi)

@Radius
I am not very familiar with the WebOS world, how do I accomplish the update if I'm unable to login to the unit?

Sorry about that, sometimes I forget that not everyone has used webOS before! The webOS Doctor is a recovery tool that runs on your computer. It allows you to recover (or upgrade if necessary) the operating system on a webOS device.
To use webOS Doctor:
That should take care of it for you.

I have downloaded the latest WebOS doctor to try the last option mentioned here, but for some reason when I connect the device the doctor never recognizes the device. I'm stuck.

Did you put your TouchPad into USB mode first?
