You would not believe the mess that HP repair center has put me through. I don't even want to go into all of it right now . So ill sum it up. This will b the third time sending it to repair. First time sent in for cracked case. Came back untouched.. sent back came back with new case and new bigger crack, tool marks and a gap between screen and case near Mic. That's just the main problems. Been without my pad for too long. Everyone at The Texas repair center should b fired. HP is allready trying to save there reputation. The repair center is working against them.

the plastic shell is weak. Mine has several cracks in it. And I thought I was using a sleeve for protection. Would not wish this kind of repair to make things worse. Good luck.

I received the same crappy repair service. Touchpad was sent back and forth 4 times and the original broken device was sent back to me unrepaired each time. Then I was told to send it in via their Fedex account so that a replacement could be sent. Replacement never arrived and UPS shows the status as Merchandise Missing Package Damaged. Called WebOS Support and they refuse to send a replacement told me I have to wait for another department to respond in 48 hours. Terrible experience!
