I received the same crappy repair service. Touchpad was sent back and forth 4 times and the original broken device was sent back to me unrepaired each time. Then I was told to send it in via their Fedex account so that a replacement could be sent. Replacement never arrived and UPS shows the status as Merchandise Missing Package Damaged. Called WebOS Support and they refuse to send a replacement told me I have to wait for another department to respond in 48 hours. Terrible experience!
