I sent HP Touchpad for repair mentioning that left 3-4 inches of touchpad does not respond to touch . SRO#S1-511040772143 . i sent the touchpad for repair. The touchpad is sent back to me with out performing any repair. The repair center sucks. Too hard to believe can HP does like this.

requested for SRO again. sending back the device for repair for 2nd time . hope fully this time they fix it. Otherwise i dump the touchpad in dustbin and would never buy HP again in life

i see the new SRO# S1-511047724723 created for sending back the device. Will expect that it will be repaired asap.

web OS Support is helping customers .appreciated but repair center in Texas sucks.They are just sending the device with out repairing as-is

Not understanding what is ORS Carrier . The tracking number seems to be Incorrect. It looks like date and not the tracking number.
Admin ! quick help is required .The touchpad is not recieved and i am not sure where it is now?
