Touchstone continually charging?

I just purchased Touchstone and used it for the first time. The battery life indicator shows 100% charge but the Touchstone keeps charging the Touchpad. The touchpad feels warmer like it's still charging well after the indicator shows 100%. Is is safe to leave the Touchpad on the Touchstone?

I am having the same doubt on leaving the charging on, so is it safe to do so?

Sure, you can leave it on the Touchstone.  I leave mine on the Touchstone all the time.

I can't get mine to show if it's charging or not, I don't think it is..I have made sure that it is positioned with the camera at the top, but I don't see the lightening bolt icon on the power supply to show it's charging.

Hmm, you may have a faulty Touchstone.  I have seen reports of faulty Touchstones and folks just got them swapped out and were fine after that.

Re: Touchstone continually charging?

I am wondering the same thing... I don't want to kill the battery on the Touchpad by continually charging it if that is the case.

I have attempted to chat with Online Support but it's clear that they aren't sure/don't understand the problem as it's explained.

I have had my Touchpad for only 2 weeks now and only charged it twice, the first time was with the AC Adapter/USB Cable and when charging was complete the battery was green and the lightning bolt was gone. When charging it via the Touchstone, the tablet was on it for about 17 hours and the lightning bolt did not go away (despite the fact that the battery was green and showing 100% charge when leaving for work 8 hours ago).

Normally I leave my rechargable devices connected for only another hour or 2 after charging is at 100% just to make sure that it's at it's full charge but when getting up this morning I was not completely sure if it was in fact at full charge so I decided to leave it on while at work.

Re: Touchstone continually charging?

Just the opposite

My touchpad shows the lightening bolt and a message "pops in and out" indicating that the device is charging

But the toucpad discharges when it is "allegedly" charging...it went from 15% to 8% while on the dock...even though it indicated it was charging

Plugged in the USB charger and it charged properly

Bad touchstone??? or am I missing something here (the touch pad was positioned properly and I took it out of its cover)
