Ah, you didn't say you were in Europe before. Not that I am aware of through the normal channels. Maybe search Bing or Google and you'll find a resolution.

While not supported by HP, there is a homebrew app called Impostah than can install Georestricted apps (as long as they are free, which Kindle is). Impostah can be installed through Preware: http://www.webos-internals.org/wiki/Application
