Hey cwpaton, your info says SFR for carrier, which is known as a French carrier. Do they also operate in UK?? There are usually problems with phones that are activated in one country, and then sold in another. The App Catalog is forever attached to the country in which the phone was originally activated, and I believe the only way to fix it is to get a completely brand new never-activated phone, or a phone or SIM for your country. pdoylern, have you contacted Palm Tech Support directly? What have they suggested you do, and what have you done already? They will usually be in continued contact with you to analyze your issue...

Does the app catalogue work in Canada? I get the Yellow triangle of death as well...can't access any apps...
