Apps Catalog: open access for new countries

Not every provider has sell Palm/HP devices, so there is still no way for customer from those countries to access to paid apps in the WebOS catalog.
So, after HP has reorganised the ex-Palm stuff, there will be more countries in the future that cann access to the paid apps catalog with their credit card?

We really won't know for a while. Until a governance is established and roadmap decided on, we won't know how webOS Services will be expanded. As is typical for us webOS fans/users, we get to "wait and see."
