I WebOS Doctor'ed my Palm Pre, but after the reset when I try to login to my profile, it keeps failing, saying "Data Not Restored", with a "Try Again" button. I tried to login to via the web to check my password, but when I visit https://ps.palmws.com/palmcsext/console I am redirected to https://ps.palmws.com/palmcsext/console/pages/Logi
I am stuck without a usable phone until this is resolved! If anyone from HP is listening, I'd really appreciate this getting bounced to the right group...
Thanks!

It's been like this all week and I think off and on last week. I was able to get in a couple of times between it being down. Of course the last couple of days, now that I really need it to fix my daughter's phone for Christmas, it's completely innaccessible. Doesn't bode very well for HP if they don't use their own monitoring software to identify sites/features that are down and get them back up quickly. ![]()

This error is still occurring. Anyone going to fix it? I have a sprint palm pre and just received th HP touchpad. I'd like to log on.
You should be able to create HP webOS Account for your new TouchPad and use it, it's simply the web browser portion of this service that isn't working.

Having similar problem. Palm chat claimed their servers are fine. I don't believe it. I tried later for a few days now!

Did HP ever respond to this? I just got a new pixi plus to replace my old one and cannot use the phone because I cannot sign in with my old account, nor sign up for a new one.

Just got word from the HP folks on the board that the Tomcat errors should be resolved now. I don't have details as to what was broken or why it took so long to fix, only that it should be working for everyone again.
