Greyed out App Catalog Preferences & Accounts and cannot buy Apps

Hi

I cant access the App Catalog Preferences & Accounts menu on my Pre 3 as it is greyed out. I was able to do this just fine until recently as well as buy apps. Recently I tried buyin Hedami's Media Player but go this error message "PMTPAM3029" and since then havent been able to buy anything or change my preferences. Please help. Thank you

You're probably going to have to contact HP for this one. If everything is greyed out on your Pre 3 then there's not much we can do from the phone side.
