Are you talking about a SIM Unlock code or the screen unlock code? If you're talking about the SIM unlock, you have to call the carrier and get the PUK code. Type that in and it will unlock the SIM. If you're talking about the screen unlock, then you'll need to do a remote wipe or webOS Doctor to reset your phone (both of these will erase the data on your phone, but signing in to the same webOS Account should bring most of it back).
