Palm Pre - how to change/reset palm account?

I got used palm pre. And I dont have palm account credentials. I bought the phone from a third-hand, and have no access to firs owner.

Is there any way to reset palm account in that phone? or change it to my?

You can force your Pre back to factory defaults by performing a full erase.  Press and hold Sym + the orange/Option key + power for 10 seconds.  This will wipe the phone and restore it to factory defaults.  At that point you'll have the option to create your own Palm Profile (now called HP webOS Account).
