Palm Pre reset and now tell me to login???

Hello,

 

Ok, so I just sold my Palm Pre Plus. I wiped it clean and gave it to him. When he got home, he said that the phone turns on and tell him to login. I cannot, for the life of me, remember what email they gave me. Is there anyway to find out? HP support was absolutely no help at all. Can he just go activate it at Verizon and will they give him a new login?

I have same problem.

I have purchase new Palm pre and it is on login , I dont know its email and password what should i do.
