Re: Palm profile

Try this link:

palm.com/profile

It will redirect to:

https://ps.palmws.com/palmcsext/console/pages/LoginPage.iface

Tried that one. Just keep getting an error message...lol. Having problems with my palm pre and might have to do a full erase, so I need my backup.

Re: Palm profile

Don't know what to tell you, it works fine here.

Can you try another browser on your computer?

Re: Palm profile

When HP bought out Palm, they changed a bunch of the URL's and sometimes the forwarding doesn't work correctly. The new url is this: http://www.hpwebos.com/account

Re: Palm profile

Interesting... both pages work fine for me. What version of Java do you have installed?

Re: Palm profile

Also not working for me on Win 7 with FF or EX.

I have Java 6 version 25.

I'll try on a different computer, but I hope this is fixed soon...

Re: Palm profile

[ Edited ]

I was running Win 7 and java 6 as well. I finally gave up.

Thanks for the help.  Ended up simply buying a different cell phone.lol I couldn't waste anymore time trying to figure out what the problem was with my palm pre and was never able to connect to the profile web page.

Cheers

Re: Palm profile

You're not crazy! I'm having the same problem.....I'm on a Mac, using both Firefox and Safari, and I get the same Apache/Tomcat error. And I can't restore my data to my recently webos-doctored phone, so all i can do is make emergency calls right now. Very convenient. :-( I can only hope someone at HP fixes their servers soon.
