because i have to change my phone number ,so i removed my old registed number in my WebOS Account as follow:

Device Details

Device Name

Phone Number

Model

Device ID

Serial Number

Product

OS Version

and now i can't enter into my webos,help me pls,thanks a lot!!!

is there any way to recovery to my pre3 account registed state?

You deleted your Pre3 from your webOS Account?  That should be ok.  You should have to log in with your webOS Account on your Pre3 and everything should be ok.  Are you receiving any errors?

but when i turn on my pre3,it stopped with language select(before logging in system)

is there no way to resolve this problem unless update new rom?

Ok, I think a clear explanation and a more detailed question are in order here. First, an explanation.

HP webOS Devices have something called an HP webOS Account. This is created the first time you use a webOS device. That's the whole process you go through where you choose a language and answer some questions the first time you turn on a phone. There is no way around this (unless you use some homebrew tools). While not absolutely necessary, it is VERY beneficial to have this webOS account because that is what makes the App Catalog, Daily Backup, and webOS Updates work. Without an HP webOS account, none of those services will work.

In order to create an HP webOS account, you have to have a valid phone & data plan.

So, with that information in mind, let me ask this. What are you trying to accomplish? Are you trying to use your Pre 3 without having a phone number (Wi-Fi only)?

and now , i want to use it with my new phone number.(old number expired)

i update new rom just now,and it works again,but with old phone number on my webos account in hp web.

i want to change to new phone number ,anyone to know?

Unfortunately, there's no manual way to change your phone number in the HP webOS account. AFAIK, there's know harm in having a different number listed... it shouldn't really effect your experience at all.

But if you're dead set on having it match, here's what we can do:

1. On your Pre 3, open the Device Info app and make sure it displays the correct phone number
2. On your computer, log in to http://www.hpwebos.com/account
3. Next to the row with your phone, click the Device Options button
4. Click the Remove From My Account Button, then click Yes
5. Shortly after that your Pre 3 will reset to the setup screen (blue background)
6. Sign back in to your HP webOS Account on the Pre 3 and it should now have the correct phone number
