My touchpad is dead, and I didn't create account before, how can I get new WebOs to recovery my pad?

my case is as the same as you,i removed my registed phone number on my pre3
so it stopped when language selected.......

I'm not sure I understand your question. What happens when you boot your TP? Do you go to the webOS Account screen?
