yes and I have done 3 battery pulls. Went and paused all downloads and deleted. Still there!

I am not sure of any way to "reset" the App Store easily, unfortunately. However, if you're willing to get your hands dirty, this could very well work: http://forums.webosnation.com/palm-pre-pre-plus/22
