Hello!
There is no current fashion to removed the skipped first use palm profile when you use the ##devmode# or #*devmode#. The only way to get a skipped profile and live profile is by using a patch to go through the first use again after the skipping to which this method it supported. Dont worry about that profile for your devcie will know not to do anything with that and not to store data to that profile so it's more of having a extra account in the accounts application.
If you have not used devmode to skip initial first use, then you will need to partial erase the device and resign back into your palm profile, due note you do need carrier data connection to go back in.
