I recently upgraded my MacBook to Snow Leopard. Somewhere along the way the application(?) to allow my Palm Tungsten W to use my keyboard. I downloaded the file from Palm but it won't load. The Hot Sync message is that the Palm does not have the proper ??? to apply the software. Can anyone help me figure this out?
