My Palm V and hotsyncing on my Palm desktop on my mac has always worked. This time when I hotsynced, the data on both my Palm and my Palm Desktop reverted back to a previous batch of data. Can I/how can I get it to synch forwards again to the data that had been on my Palm and on my Palm Desktop (from last week's sync)? I lost a fair amount of new data entered in the past week.
A couple more details:
1) It took a couple of tries for the sync gadget (sorry, I forget what it's called) to "find" the hardware. 2) I noticed that there was a user "no name" or "unnamed" or something, which I've never seen before, and I selected my name, which is what I/it always uses.
3) I brought data from my palm over to my new (used) droid a few weeks ago, but the Palm data was still correct for the sync I did last week.
Please help!!
