I am desperate to get my info (contacts, diary, logbook) off my 2001 Palm handheld m500 and onto a new phone, before it dies (the palm)!
I regularly hot synch with a Mac OS X 10.4.11 (but also have a laptop 10.6.7 which I could try and synch with (with guidance) and take into phone showroom). I have a logbook which does not seem to synch and is just on the handheld (but I would like to transfer). Once transferred onto the new phone (trying to decide between an iphone and HTC- depending how easy transfer is and who can help me!) I will ditch the palm as it is so old, and then I will only need 1 bit of kit!.
I am completely non-techy and have no idea where to start- could you advise....I have seen that perhaps I need to save to outlook, ical or vcard or look on Mark Space- but even this is beyond me.
I would be most grateful, and do so in a simple to understand directions....Thanks
